Kathleen:
You, being English, Emma, you wouldn't know that St Jude was the patron saint...

Emma:
Of lost causes.

Kathleen:
Isn't that amazing!

Emma:
I am a Catholic, Kathleen.

Maisie:
I always thought that you were an Agrarian!

Emma:
Uh, Anglican.

Maisie:
Oh, it's that they call it... And who's your favorite saint?... Let me guess: Saint Christopher?

Emma:
[a little desperately] Um, at the moment I'm saying a little prayer to St. Jude, about a lost cause.
