Jesse Porter:

Madeline Westen:
What?

Jesse Porter:
You're just gonna keep on pushin' 'til you find out who I am. So you know what? I'm going to save us both some time, all right? I was a counterintelligence agent up until about a month ago, when I was... fired. Uh, somebody used my security access to steal some classified files. Lucky for me, your son was there to help me.

Madeline Westen:
[rhetorical, but not delivered that way] Was he?

Jesse Porter:
Oh yeah. Yeah, he saved my life. You raised a good man. You should know that. I'll see you later, all right?
