People love spirits. But I also want to love those people who love the spirits. We bartenders have a formless job. Precisely for that reason, we must raise our ideals high, or we will become useless. Even if we could fake our way through the job, we cannot fake our way of life. But still I feel fortunate enough to have encountered the job of a bartender, to have chosen not the craft of bartending but the life of a bartender.
