Well, the commander suggested IAB should check into this, find out how this accident occurred and which employee maybe involved in undermining a major murder investigation, not to mention compromising countless other cases. It is Delko, right?

Lieutenant Horatio Caine:

IAB Sergeant Rick Stetler:
