Looten Plunder:
Your City Council can breathe easy. You're hooked up to Plunder Air.

Los Angeles Mayor:
[choking] We'll be happy to breathe at all!

Looten Plunder:
Stand back.

[pushes a lever, the hose attached takes in air and wigs, handkerchiefs, and papers as those watching cough]

Looten Plunder:
This sucks up all the smoggy air. And little things.

[laughs and reverses the lever to turn it off, removes his mask and leads them to a second tube, pushes its lever and the observers are pushed back yelling]

Looten Plunder:
This hose sucks in clean air.

Los Angeles Mayor:
[stands, notes a third tube] Swell, but... what's that one for?

Looten Plunder:
[as someone carries it to a bank door] That's to suck up all the money you owe me. And today is payday.

Los Angeles Mayor:
You plunderer! The day will come when someone closes down this market!

Looten Plunder:
Yeah? Well, don't hold your breath!

[laughs]
