We can't hold a man without evidence, so we have to let him go.

Lindsay:
You must have had evidence to pull the bastard in!

DCI David Bilborough:
As far as we're concerned, the man is innocent, now I'm sure we're going to have more questions to ask Mr. Cassidy, but in the meantime, he is free to go.

Lindsay:
But you said you had enough!

Mr. Lang:
You said you were optimistic!

DCI David Bilborough:
YOU two are! You're not leaving this station until Mr. Cassidy is safely away!

Lindsay:
Optimistic means you know something, and you're letting him go! You're holding us and you're letting that bastard go?

DCI David Bilborough:
I've reason to believe a crime will be committed if I let you go! Therefore, you're staying in the station, OK?
