[pauses] This was her favorite necklace, so I told her I couldn't have it, but she insisted. I, of course, was secretly very happy, because I always wanted one just like hers. [pauses and fingers with necklace] That's the last time I... ever...

I think about her everyday. It does get better, Hotch. Losing someone is never easy... but one day, you'll remember her and you won't hurt. [pauses] You'll be happy.
