Why?

Robert Herjavec:
Because there's a nice way to say something to somebody, and there's a shitty way to say something to somebody.

Kevin O'Leary:
The right thing to do with that guy was to tell him the truth. He needs the cold, hard truth after 11 years. Somebody's gotta go over there and smack him in the head and say "stop"! He's wasting his money and his time, and maybe his marriage.
