[Archer is interrogating Loomis, who is tied to a chair but not very cooperative]

Captain Jonathan Archer:
[to T'Pol] Untie him.

Loomis:
You heard him. Untie me.

[T'Pol complies]

Loomis:
That's better.

[Archer punches Loomis in the face, sending him crashing to the floor, then puts him back on the chair and has him tied up again]

Captain Jonathan Archer:
It didn't feel right doing that with you tied up. Carpenter Street!

Loomis:
You're not allowed to hit me.

Captain Jonathan Archer:
Untie him again...
