Well, why don't you go the whole hog, eh? Incredibly spacious Manhattan-style warehouse apartment with swimming pool, tennis court and rare-species aviary. Five minutes from Doitall.

Yvonne:
Well, we've got to sell the house somehow; otherwise we'll lose Maple Avenue.

Gary:
