Shouldn't you go home?

Dr. Gregory House:
Patient follow-up. Very important. She looks great, like she's sleeping.

Esteban:
She *is* sleeping. I double check. So, they all quit.

Dr. Gregory House:
Two of them quit. I fired the third.

Esteban:
It's very hard to lose your people. You must be very upset.

Dr. Gregory House:
Yeah, I must be.

Esteban:
But you're not.

Dr. Gregory House:
[sighs] I don't think I am. I think I'm... okay.

Esteban:
What are you going to do?

Dr. Gregory House:
God only knows.
