Look, I wanted to talk to you, musician to musician.

Lita Lorne:
Musician to musician? That's a joke, right?

Marshall Mann:
No. When I was a kid, I played the oboe. I was good. Like quasi-prodigy good.

Lita Lorne:
The oboe. Wow. That's, like, super nerdy.

Marshall Mann:
Anyway, one day my dad took it away.

Lita Lorne:
Like, he wouldn't let you pursue your dream?

Marshall Mann:
No, he just hid the thing. Said if I could figure out where it was, I could play it all I wanted. My dad's always been a bit unorthodox when it comes to motivation. Anyway, that whole episode was how I discovered my love of detective work, which eventually led me to the Marshals Service, which led me to you.
