Michael Kuzak:
What are you doing here?

Richard Mathers:
I thought I lend you for my support.

Michael Kuzak:
Uh-huh. In exchange for what?

Richard Mathers:
You're doing the same. I testify for you. And you testify for me. Very symmetrical, though.

Michael Kuzak:

Richard Mathers:
He'll be helping me out.
