Well, we did a little digging. You don't own that brownstone where you were living. You never paid rent. You had no lease.

Olivia Benson:
It's owned by an elderly woman called Emily Owens. No family, most of her friends have died, and we can't find her.

Mitch Wilkens, aka Max Van Horn:
Huh.

Elliot Stabler:
Eric, everybody, including your own mother, believes that you are beyond redemption. That's not true. This woman deserves a proper burial. You know that's the right thing. Where is she?

Mitch Wilkens, aka Max Van Horn:
Gee, I don't know. I guess I'm going away for a while, so I should probably give notice.

Court Officer:
