Klemer:
[three men wearing suits, arguing inside the well-furnished study of Paxton's home] I'm not leaving here without it, and I mean that!

Paxton:
Come on now, Joe. Why don't we just go along the way we have been?

Klemer:
I'm sick of 'going along'. We're gonna end this thing, here and now!

Randolph:
And then what? You go to the police.

Klemer:
I can't do that, and you know it.

Randolph:
[pulls revolver from holster] Well, maybe I better make sure.

Klemer:
[brushes gun aside] You can't afford to shoot me! Why don't you stop bluffing?

Paxton:
He's right, Randolph. We've had it with him. Let's cut it off.
