Its judgement represents an opportunity for all organizations to shatter glass ceilings. There is no room for sexism in the workplace; no room for sexism in any place in 2014. So this is one small battle won. Thank you.

Journalist:
Miss Willis. You spent the first few years of your life on Greenham Common. Is it fair to say that your upbringing provided you with the tenacity which has helped see you win this case against against Drex' employer?

Bryony Willis:
I've no doubt the two are linked, yes.

Journalist:
Your mother fought hard for women's rights as well as protesting Trident; she must be very proud. Was she with you in court today?

Bryony Willis:
She couldn't be here unfortunately; no.

Journalist:
Would you still call yourself an activist?

Bryony Willis:
Well, if by activist you mean being a vigorous supporter of a political cause, then yes, absolutely I am an activist.

Journalist:
And your father was an activist?

Bryony Willis:
You're going to have to be a bit clearer about where you're headed with this.

Journalist:
It's merely an observation. Two very different approaches. You've gone down a more legal route; you're father adopted a bit of a different approach, didn't he?

Bryony Willis:
Well, my father was a terrorist; it's no secret. And neither does it have any relevance to this tribunal; that's all for now, thank you.
