Absolutely, and you built it from the ground up. It was supposed to be a rubbish job. Shepherding a bunch of miscreant pensioners through some old case files, just so the Met could say they were doing *something* about cold cases, but you picked the right people. You gave them a good leadership. Which is why I think you should come and work on *my* team.
