DAC Robert Strickland:

DCI Sasha Miller:
Until then?

DAC Robert Strickland:
Well, technically it's still ours.

DCI Sasha Miller:
I'd like to take a run at it.

DAC Robert Strickland:
Why the change of heart?

DCI Sasha Miller:
The thought of Monroe walking free.

DAC Robert Strickland:
There's a lot at stake here, Sasha.

DCI Sasha Miller:
I'm aware of the potential for embarrassment, sir.

DAC Robert Strickland:
Oh, this is more than just embarrassment. A lot of the top brass hitched their wagon to DCI Henderson's star. If it turns out that he fitted Monroe up, the political fallout could be catastrophic.

DCI Sasha Miller:
Is that why UCOS were chosen ahead of the DPS?

DAC Robert Strickland:
UCOS were chosen because they can be discreet.

DCI Sasha Miller:
And me?

DAC Robert Strickland:
Because you'll leave no stone left unturned. But no-one is suggesting we cover anything up, Sasha. They're only interested in the truth.

DCI Sasha Miller:
And if they don't like that truth?

DAC Robert Strickland:
