Mr. Strickland's area of expertise is false documents. It may be that he's creating a fake identity for Mr. Casey.

Rick Dillinger:
Casey's trying to hide from someone. Sounds like that couple Strickland mentioned might be after him.

Harold Finch:
And they have a head start.

Rick Dillinger:
Yeah, but they don't have the Finch-inator on their side working his hacker mojo.

Harold Finch:
The number that strickland dialed is a prepaid cell phone. If I can access the carrier that it belongs to, I may be able to elicit GPS coordinates.

Rick Dillinger:
Where the hell'd you learn to do all that stuff anyway?
