[sees that Lilith fell asleep while holding Mick's picture, then he sees that the bottle of sleeping pills is empty. he takes Lilith and shakes her] Lilith? Lilith! Wake up! [Lilith wakes up] Wake up! Come on, wake up! How many did you take? [in reply to Lilith's confusion] Pills! How many pills did you take?

Lilith Sandstrom:
[drowsily]... One.

David Sandstrom:
Don't lie to me! How many?

Lilith Sandstrom:
Maybe two.

David Sandstrom:
The bottle was half full, Lilith!

Lilith Sandstrom:
Dad, I only took two!

David Sandstrom:
Don't lie to me!

Lilith Sandstrom:
[starts to cry] I'm not lying! The bottle spilled...

David Sandstrom:
Spilled. [goes to look on the floor and he sees that she's right; there are pills all over the floor]

Lilith Sandstrom:
[as she is crying] The bottle spilled. I took the bottle... I shouldn't have took the pills but I took the pills because I'm so tired... I need sleep and I can't sleep because I kept seeing his face...

David Sandstrom:
Okay. Okay. Come here. [David picks Lilith up and carries her to bed as she weeps]
