A former employee at Liberty Rail reached out to me. He claims he was fired because he knows the real reason for the crash.

Mike Ross:
And what was the real reason?

Henry Gerard:
He wouldn't tell me.

Mike Ross:
Well, what did he tell you?

Henry Gerard:
Enough for me to know it would be unethical if somebody didn't look into this.

Mike Ross:
But you can't, so you want me to get Harvey to.

Henry Gerard:
Well, you convinced him to look into my case when he didn't want to, didn't you?

Mike Ross:
This is different. We don't take cases like this.

Henry Gerard:
Maybe, but I believe a man who can convince Harvey to hire someone who never went to law school could convince him to make an exception for this.
