Another thing that just pisses me off is all the precision jumping you have to do in this game. Just about every level has a row of small ledges that you have to jump across in order to reach the end. In this screen alone, there are nine small platforms that you have to jump on. Above that screen is an area with eight ledges. And above that is another with ten. So that means if at any point you make the slightest mistake while climbing up these ledges, you fall down below. Over-jump your target, you fall down below. Under-jump your target, you fall down below. An enemy hits you, you fall down below. And all my hard work up to this point goes right down the f***ing tubes! And it's a long way down, buddy. Who knows where the hell you'll turn up?

[in the game, the character falls down several screens, and even falls down several screens from other video games until it falls through Hell, past Satan, reading a newspaper]
