In there is the subdimension. Of course, it's not the real subdimension. The footage the Metaroid displayed became real, right? The Megazord appears to do the same on a larger scale. It displays footage of the subdimension on the city... it's fake, but it does create the subdimension. And so your Buster Machines would have trouble working in there.
