Who the hell are you and what are you doing on the TARDIS?

Sao Til:

Himself - Presenter:
The TARDIS belongs to the Doctor.

Sao Til:
[thinks fast] I... I am the Doctor. Don't you recognize me?

Himself - Presenter:
[takes in Sao Till's appearance] You've regenerated?

Sao Til:
This is my new form.

Himself - Presenter:
It's a bit blue... which for me is kinda hot... If you don't mind me saying, I like the hat.

Sao Til:
Thank you. [raises his heavily weaponed arm in salute]

Himself - Presenter:
Whoa! What's with the hand?

Sao Til:
This is my new weapon. 'Tis a neural probe - capable of paralyzing my prey.

Himself - Presenter:
That's fascinating. Because if I know the Doctor - [pins Sao Till's arm to the console] - he never carries any weapons. Now who are you?
