Well, what about the waitressing part?

Sam Merlotte:
Gotta be 18 to serve alcohol in Louisiana.

Jessica Hamby:
That is so not fair, I'm never going to be 18! And I used to be the best server at Archer's Pancake night.

Sam Merlotte:

Jessica Hamby:
