[four men seated around a table recording an interview] Just a few more questions, Mr. Blackstone.

Sherman Blackstone:
Ahh, anything I can do to help.

Bradley:
Because we're having a hard time understanding how this crisis came to its present resolution.

Sherman Blackstone:
Right. Well I will go over it again, but it happened really fast.

Eddie:
[cut to Eddie and John, guns drawn, entering the dining room] Move! Move! Back! I said move!

John:
Back off!

Bradley:
[cut back to interview] No, no, no, no. I was referring to the actual succession process itself. I thought we were all agreed, and you'll correct me if I'm wrong here, Malachi was supposed to replace Willard Cates. So, what happened?

Sherman Blackstone:
Health problems. He had a weak heart. [cut to scene with Malachi impaled and stood up by a pitchfork]

Bradley:
[cut back to interview table] Hmm. Well according to our information, Malachi had a pitchfork shoved clean through his upper torso puncturing both his lungs and, oh, severing his spinal cord.

Sherman Blackstone:
That's just about the worst thing you could do to someone with a bad heart.
