Buenas tardes. My name is Ignacio, I'll be your waiter this afternoon. Today we have a lovely pollo Zorro. That's chicken, roasted with onions and a lot of chile peppers. It's hot, hot, hot! Served with a skewer, bathed in a black bean sauce, and resting on a delightful saddle of Toronados. It's very nice.
