You all have your pains and in time these pains will ease, but first you have to realize that the road to recovery lies within you, and trust me when i say that each and every one of you are not beyond the realization of that. The first step is always noticing you need the help in the first place, thats why we all come here. Now if all of you can gain strength from knowing you deserve better than the hands you have been dealt with, then it won't be long before you start to realize that you are stronger than the ones that bully you, hurt you, use you or make you feel that you are the one in the wrong.
