For me, what I found is if you, you know, it's kind of like when you're going through hell, keep going. It's the only solution. When you get to the other side, you figure out, number one, that you're ten times stronger than you thought you were. And you don't forget that because you experience it. It's not intellectual. Secondly, you find out who your real friends and family are because, in tough times, no one else sticks around. There was grace in that because it made me so much stronger or made me care so much more.
