As a fitness instructor and online personality, people expect me to look a certain way. So when I take a selfie and people see that my butt isn’t huge and I don’t have a defined six-pack, they think there’s something wrong with me, the thing is—my physical appearance alone does not dictate how strong I am nor does it say anything about how good of a trainer I am. It’s frustrating when people try to align your worth by your looks.
