The law that says rape, robbery and murder are evil and should be prohibited in a civilized society. We ask law enforcement to represent us in prohibiting these evil acts. They stand on the blue line which separates law and order on one side and chaos and anarchy on the other. There can be no middle ground, so choose which side of the line you will stand on.
