Such thoughts create an extravaganza of different instances, which has not yet happened, neither experienced, but since the negative forces have such impacts that to create a shield against it becomes a challenge. So it is important to understand, that to create a meaningful life is not easy, neither possible without fear, and to live in fear without thinking about the situations is also not possible. The best possibility is to live consciously and plan effectively, so that in any such situations, instead of screaming with fear, we should stand still and face it.
