[motions towards waterworks building] That's my home now, son! [Ben cannot believe it when suddenly he sees his father holding a balloon] Captain Hanscom: You want a balloon, Ben? They float! Pennywise: They all float. Captain Hanscom: Come on, son! You'll like it down there! Pennywise: You'll never have to grow up! [laughs and disappears as a skeleton comes out of the water] They float. They all float. And when you're down here with me, Fatboy, you'll float too. [laughs]
