Lucas:
um.. Brooke, I'm your husband. I'm supposed to give you flowers.

Brooke:
I know. But I wanted to make sure I'd like them.

Lucas:
(laughs)

Brooke:
Well?

Lucas:
Happy anniversary, wife

Brooke:
Thank you husband, I love them.

Lucas:
You ever miss Tree Hill?

Brooke:
Of course. I miss our friends

Lucas:
Yeah, Jamie's getting big. We never see him.

Brooke:
I know. But you have the book tour and I have the company and I think he understands.

Lucas:
What about all that travel? I mean,I am proud of you and all, but it just sucks that we're apart so much

Brooke:
I know. Makes coming home kind sexy though.

Lucas:
Very true

Lucas:
Hey,I do love you, Brooke Davis

Brooke:
And I love you, Lucas Davis ... Scott

Brooke:
And I'm gonna love you more when I see exactly what it is you got me for our anniversary

Lucas:
You're gonna love that... whatever it is. Happy anniversary!

Brooke:

Lucas:

Peyton:
Go back out!

Lucas:
Why? Is the mail man here again?

Peyton:
No. He just put on his pants and jumped out the window, but he did leave you an anniversary gift and I haven’t wrapped it yet. Hi babe.

Lucas:
Hey wifey! These are for you.

Peyton:
Oh!! They’re beautiful! Thank you! How was your day?

Lucas:
It was good. It is good. You know can’t believe it’s been a year.

Peyton:
Time flies when you get what you wish for.

Lucas:
Is it? Is it what you wished for, Peyton?

Peyton:
If I say 'it’s more than that', are you going to tease me for being a dork?

Lucas:
Mm-hmm

Peyton:
Cause it is.

Lucas:
So, I made dinner reservations for tonight, if you want?

Peyton:
Actually, I was thinking maybe we could just stay in, have a quiet dinner, kiss a while.(her brow rises and falls) And there is a chance that I could be rocking some slightly dirty girl lingerie underneath these jeans.

Lucas:
[looks her down, head to toe] I think I need to sit down.

Gus:
I want to tell you something, son. It’s the most important thing there is. Love. Finding the right person to spend your life with.

Lucas:
I know I made the right choice.

Gus:
That’s where it gets you. Thinking you had a choice. Love finds you, Son, you don’t find love. It’s got a little bit to do with destiny, fate, what’s written in the stars. A lot to do with the simple fact most women are smarter than we are. And wily. Your sorry butt never had a chance. But if you want to believe you had a choice in the matter, I’d say you made a good one.

Lucas:
Why is that?

Gus:
Because she showed up and she sure is pretty.

Peyton:
: You’re such a mess. You can’t just call a girl from the airport.

Lucas:
: Peyton, I know this sounds crazy, but…

Peyton:

Victoria:

Millecent:

Victoria:
Because you feel like I’ve mistreated you.

Millicent:

Peyton:
Responsible-I’ve-not-been-attacked-by-Psycho-Derek text message sent.

Lucas:
Responsible-I-know-I’ve-been-dark-lately-but-everything’s-ok message sent.

Peyton:
Oh, it's a message from you! It says "Peyton, I love you, let’s go get married, Lucas" Can a text message change your life?

Lucas:
God, I hope so.

Haley:
What is with you and naked nannies in the pool? [After Nathan catches a topless Mom Deb/Nanny Deb in the pool.]

Nathan:
So how are things at the studio? Peyton pulling out of her funk yet?

Haley:
Actually, Peyton was out all night, with Lucas.

Nathan:
Is that right? What do you suppose they're doing?

Lucas:
: Peyton Sawyer, I love you...

Peyton:
: Yes.

Lucas:
: You didn't let me ask you...

Peyton:
: Yes, Baby Yes! God, I love you. Fahad

Lucas:
When I was a kid I used to love to jump on my bed. I’d pretend I could fly. I’d pretend I could dunk. I was happy. My mom would pass the room and shout, "Lucas Scott, if you break that box spring, you’ll be sleeping on the floor for the rest of your life."

Peyton:
Well, here’s the good news if you have to sleep on the floor, I will sleep there with you.

Lucas:
For the rest of your life?

Peyton:
Definitely.

Haley:
(Haley is holding the laundry and also passes into Jamie's bedroom and saw Jamie bouncing on the bed) Jamie, stop jumping on the bed or you'll be sleeping on the floor for the rest of your life.

[Peyton jumps on the bed and falls on Lucas as a maid walks in]

Maid at Hotel:
Oh excuse me!

Peyton:
It's okay we're getting married! [maid leaves] Um okay, so you know how you said our wedding should be a dream come true?

Lucas:
Oh boy!

Peyton:
Now, I know I never wanted my wedding to be princess for a day but,I would like it if your mom was there and [cell phone ringing] It's Brooke, can I tell her?

Lucas:
Sure, you can tell her we're coming home for the ceremony.

[Peyton squeals as she answers her cell phone]

Peyton:
Hey best friend!

Brooke:
Hey, you didn't come home last night?

Peyton:
Oh yeah, that's cuz I'm in LA with Lucas, and we want you to be the first to know, we're getting married!

Dan:
 :[to Carrie]Your plan sucks.

Brooke:
Congratulations!

Peyton:
It’s kinda sudden, right?

Brooke:
Are you kidding? The rest of the world’s been waiting on you two idiots since high school.

Jamie:
When you get married, do I have to be the ring bearer again?

Lucas:
Not if you don’t want to.

Jamie:
Good because last time it didn’t work out so well.

Nathan:
I scored 35 points that night and each basket was like my own personal version of a Haley James pick-up line.

Haley:
It worked.

Nathan:
I played that game for you, Haley and you know what? I’d give it up for you too. Because as much as I love playing the game and the person that I am when I play it, I love being a husband and a father more.

Deb:
Jamie I was not kissing Uncle Skills. I mean, first of all, he’s your parents age and one of Uncle Lucas’s best friends. It just wouldn’t be right.

Jamie:
I think it’d be cool

Deb:
Yeah?

Jamie:
Yeah... Grampa Skills!

Sam:
[Opening Voice over] Quentin Fields was a basketball player. He was also a son. A brother. Somebody's teammate. And somebody's friend. I didn't know Quentin Fields and I guess now I never will. Did you ever wonder what it would be like if you weren't you anymore? If you were suddenly gone, how would your world react? Whatever you imagined is wrong. There's nothing romantic about death. Grief is like the Ocean. It's deep and Dark and bigger than all of us. And pain is like a thief in the night. Quiet. Persistant. Unfair.

Lucas:
Quentin, uh... was a great kid. He was the leader of this team and I know that he was your friend. I wish... I could take this pain away, but I can't and I'm sorry.

Skills:
It's okay to feel angry. It's okay to feel the pain. It's even okay to hate the person that did this, but when that anger and that pain and that hate becomes too much for you, you come see me, Nate or Luke. Understand? We are your family, and we gonna get through this togeather.

Nathan:
You guys know that Q was working out with me, helping me with my game. And that's how I am gonna remember him......strong, happy, playing the game he loved. I want you all to find your own best memories of Q and hold onto them. 'cause that's where he still lives, and he always will.

Brooke:
1 out of every 500 people gets assulted or raped. There were over 30,000 aggravated assults in our state alone last year. 7,000 robberies, 3,000 murders, 600 rapes. It's official, life sucks and then you die.

Denise:
I wanted to thank you for standing up for my boy the way you did in that last game. It’s a shame that we have to meet like this.

Lucas:
Yes, ma’am, it is.

Denise:
Coach Taylor, Quentin always had so many nice things to say about you. And you too, Nathan. I really appreciate you boys coming here. But I mostly wanted to say thank you to this one. My son has always loved basketball but the day I can tell you, the day I came home and found him reading a book, it about gave me a heart attack. He said, "Mommy, Mrs. James-Scott, she don’t play. She almost as bad as you are." I realize that you are all trying to help him live up to the greatness God gave him and you should be proud of that.

Haley:
Your strength is inspiring.

Denise:
My strength is from Jesus Christ. I am going to miss my baby boy for the rest of this life but I know we are going to see him again and our faith will see us through.

Haley:
: I don't know what to say to them. I'm 22 years old and I'm supposed to make sense of this? I can't.

Nathan:
: You reached Quentin. You'll reach them too.

Haley:
[in class] You know what? Um...you guys asked me what the point was to all of this, school, literature...life. And, uh I said there was no point. And that's not true. What I should have said was, "I don't know". Because the truth is, not long ago, I sat where you are and wondered exactly the same things. When something that's tragic and evil and unexplainable happens, like losing someone forever...I still wonder, just like you do. Alright, everybody, get out a piece of paper and pen.

Samantha:
Why?

Haley:
Because this is a literature class. When archaeologists uncover lost civilizations and they unearth their worlds that have long been since been destroyed, you know what they find most often? They find stories, ancient languages, words, inscriptions from people who have been gone for thousand of years, because chances are, like you, they wanted to know, "Whats the point?" And they wanted us to know that they were here, you know? Like they told their stories, and they tried to make sense of their lives and their worlds and their tragedies. So that's what we are gonna do. So I want you to write something, anything at all, about Quentin Fields. If you knew him, write a favorite memory. If you didn't know him, write what you think the point is of all this for yourself and your life and your time here. This is a literature class and that's what writers do. We put pen to paper in times of devastating tragedy. And we try and make sense of it. Maybe we will find some clarity in some of those words. Maybe we will find peace.

[Haley takes a marker and writes on Quentin's desk:
"He who does not weep, does not see."

Lucas:
: It’s really nice having you here. Especially now. I know we haven’t really talked much about the wedding.

Peyton:
: Oh God, Luke, the wedding can wait. I mean this is what a marriage is right, good times and bad? I just wish I could help you somehow.

Lucas:
: Peyton, you’ve helped me so much. Without saying a word. And I love you.

Peyton:
: I love you.

Brooke:
: Who is it

Nathan:
: Nathan.

Brooke:
: Hi, Nate. Come in. It’s a tough day, huh?

Nathan:
: Yeah.

Brooke:
: I wish there was something I could do for you or Haley or Jamie.

Nathan:
: Well, actually we were wondering if there’s anything we could do for you.

Brooke:
: How do you mean? Why me?

Nathan:
: We know that your mom has been pulling some stuff with the company, and I don’t know, I guess having dealt with parent insanity I wanted to check your head. See how you’re doing.

Brooke:
: I’m fine. Really.

Nathan:
: That sounds like something I would say. Look, this thing with losing Quentin, it-it’s hard. And I have a feeling its gonna be a pretty prominent thing in our lives for a while, but that doesn’t mean that your problems are any less important, that all of us aren’t here for you.

Brooke:
: Look, like I said...

Nathan:
: You’re fine. You can handle it. Its all good. Look, I hope that’s true and maybe it is but the thing is, the two of us have been down very similar roads. We were in the same cliques first, we both felt the same pressures, the same expectations. Our parents were like children and we both grew into kind of bad versions of ourselves way too fast. So I think you know I get it.

Brooke:
They never really gave us a chance did they? Our parents?

Nathan:
: They didn’t know how. Look, the thing is, you made your dream happen, alright? And even though I didn’t quite get there, when it was taken away from me I dealt with it alone. That was stupid, selfish, and wrong. So if your mom tries to take your dream away from you and you feel the same pain I did, I’ve sorta been there, okay? And I’m gonna be kind of pissed off if you don’t come talk to me about it. Anyway, thank you for coming today. It means a lot. I know you didn’t know Quentin, but it doesn’t surprise me that you’re thinking of other people when all this stuff is going on with you. That’s not bad for a girl who never had a chance. Come here.

Samantha Walker:
: (closing voice-over) Quentin Fields was a basketball player. He was also a son. A brother. Somebody's teammate. And somebody's friend. I never knew Quentin Fields and I guess now I never will. Lucas:
It’s funny, you know all these years we called him Skills, I always thought it had something to do with basketball.

Nathan:
That's not funny.

Lucas:
Kinda funny.

Lucas:
And the way I see it, Skills would be a better father than Dan ever was.

[Nathan throws a ball at Lucas's head.]

Jamie:
Is it because she was kissing Uncle Skills?

Nathan:
You knew about that?

Jamie:
Yeah, they tried to pretend he was getting something out of her eye but they were just being mushy.

Nathan:
And how does it feel to be scarred for life?

Jamie:
Fine. I like Nanny Deb and I like Uncle Skills so what if they like each other?

Nathan:
It’s a little more complicated than that. Nanny Deb is also my mom.

Jamie:
Yeah, but I let you kiss my mom.

Nathan:
Eat your soup.

Brooke:
Congratulations, Victoria, now you have a company and no daughter. You got your dream.

opening voiceover:

Carrie:
: They say we leave this world just the way we came into it - naked and alone.

Lucas:
: So, if we do leave with nothing, what, then, is the measure of a life? Is it defined by the people we choose to love?

Nathan:
: Or is life simply measured by our accomplishments?

Brooke:
: And what if we fail? Or are never truly loved? What then? Can we ever measure up?

Dan:
: Or will the quiet desperation of a life gone wanting drive us mad?

Brooke:
I caught a young girl shoplifting the other day. I was pretty hard on her.

Psychologist:
Did you feel threatened by her?

Brooke No, I actually felt myself feeling jealous. I realize I let company matter too much. You know, we spend all this time building something up, And then we don't enjoy it. We just sit there, terrified that someone is gonna take it away from us. And there was this girl, and she didn't answer to anything or anyone. And that made me jealous.

Psychologist:
What are you going to do about that, with regards to your company?

Brooke:
Well, it doesn't matter, I don't have to worry about Clothes Over Bros anymore.

Psychologist:
And why is that?

Brooke:
I gave it all away. I signed the company over to Victoria. Do you think that I was foolish to give my company to my mother?

Psychologist:
Do you think you were foolish?

Brooke:
Do you always answer a question with another question?

Psychologist:
Does it bother you? In my humble opinion, it was never going to be your company, as long as she was part of it.

Brooke:
After I did it I felt great. At first, I felt liberated, but now I just feel kind of empty. Everything that I worked for is gone. I just have this store. And even that's empty now.

Psychologist:
That freedom you were jealous of can be scary sometimes. Have you talked to anyone else about it?

Brooke:
No. I saw my best friend today, and I couldn't bring myself to tell her.

Psychologist:
Why do you think that was?

Brooke:
I don't know. I feel a little...a little bit like I failed. You know? I am watching all my friends move on with their lives: Haley and her family, and Millicent is moving to be with Mouth, and Peyton with Lucas and they are all moving forward. And it's like I am stuck here, standing still, and...

Psychologist:
Brooke, you're 22 years old and the founder of a multi-million dollar corporation. I'd hardly call that standing still.

Brooke:
But it's gone.

Psychologist:
You will do something else. You are intelligent, you are creative. You will figure it out. But that's not the real question.

Brooke:
Then what is?

Psychologist:
All you have talked about is your work, Brooke. But when you mention your friends being happy, you define happiness strictly in terms of relationship and family. The question is, why are you so insistent on going through life alone?

Peyton:
: I need a dress! And if it helps, I promise to pay full price. Is my best friend down?

Brooke:
: Sure. Do you want the Lindsey Strauss tear-away train? It's what all the runaway brides are gonna be wearing this season.

Peyton:
: So not funny. No, I was thinking something like nontraditional, you know? Like rocker-glam-chic, kind of like, Stephanie Seymour dress she wears in the Guns n' Roses video.

Brooke:
: Skanky. I can do that.

Peyton:
: Who peed in your cheerios?

Peyton:
: So, what, was it, like, love at first sight or what?

Mick:
: Pretty much. I mean, they met on tour, and I don't remember which one it was, but I remember that she fell for your dad instantly.

Peyton:
: What about him? Did he like her right away?

Mick:
: Well,you know, they tried to play it cool, Like it wasn't a big deal. But it was. I mean, everybody knew that they re just meant to be together.

Lindsey:
: What could possibly be more important than Chicago?

Lucas:
: My wedding. It's Peyton. We're getting married.

Dan:
God I hate the woods.

Lucas:
I never meant to hurt you. Not then and not now.

Lindsey:
I know. the thing is, I saw it coming all along. I just tried to wish it away. It wasn't fair to me or to you.

Lucas:
Well, I should go, I'm gonna miss my flight.

Lindsey:
Okay. You forgot something. [hands the novel Comet to Lucas]. You know the first time we met right here. I told you I was pulling for the couple in the book. Goodbye Lucas.

Carrie:
: [laughing]You think you can kill me? You can't kill me, I'm still here.

Dan:
I already called the police. They're on the way.

Carrie:
So? What are they going to do? I'll get out and I'll come back.

Dan:
Do you remember what I told you I'd do if you ever came near my family again? I told you I'd kill you.

Carrie:
But you didn't. I'm not dead.

Dan:
Sure you are.[shoots Carrie]

Lucas:
Why do you think he’s avoiding admitting that he’s your father?

Peyton:
I don't know, maybe I’m wrong, maybe he’s not. Either way- I will be alright, don’t worry about me!

Lucas:
You know I will.

Peyton:
Don't forget me when you're a big star Lucas Scott.

Nathan:
: You saved my wife. And you saved my son. But you killed my uncle. Right here where I'm standing. I don't know where that leaves us. At least my son loves you.

Dan:
: My son hates me.

Nathan:
: Both of them.

Inn:
: Wow. You know this turnout isn't exactly inspiring me to read your book, Lucas.

Lucas:
: Well, whose brilliant idea was it to put this signing in the science-fiction section?

Inn:
: It's a book about space, right?

Lucas:
: No. Actually um, the comet's a metaphor. It's a love story.

Inn:
: Huh. Well, you know what? We could've had this thing out in the middle of main street. We wouldn't have got any more traffic.

Lucas:
: Thanks for the support!

Lucas:
Hello?

Peyton:
Hi… How's my favorite author?

Lucas:
Just thinking about his fiancee.

Peyton:
Oh, well, should I give you 5 minutes?

Lucas:
No, it's okay. Actually, I'm just packing.

Peyton:
For Seattle?

Lucas:
No, actually I'm going home, the book tour has been canceled.

Peyton:
What? What happened?

Lucas:
It's okay, it doesn't matter.

Peyton:
No, it does matter, you worked so hard for this!

Lucas:
It’s okay Peyton! I mean, I still have you and that’s all that really matters! Besides, this book brought us back together so… it’s the best thing I’ve ever written.

Peyton:

Lucas:

Peyton:

Brooke:

Jamie:

Sam:

Luke:
I just got a call from my agent. Someone made an offer for the movie rights to my book

Peyton:
Luke! For the comet? That’s great.

Luke:
No, actually. Not for the comet, but Ravens.

Brooke:
How could I have signed my company over to that...

Millicent:
Slut?

Brooke:
To nice. how about "Slunt"

Luke:
It’s set in high school. Doesn’t anyone get that? I mean.

Brooke:
Great. So I suppose you’ll be getting some snot from the CW...Well at least they’re hot.

Nathan:
My back is fine. I promise

Haley:
Okay. That’s too bad, because, you know, Jamie’s sleeping over at Brooke’s and thought maybe you’d want a little massage. But you know, it’s fine. I’ll...

Nathan:
Well, it’s not perfect[gets up and follows]

Brooke:
First of all, you are fifteen years old. Second, you kidnapped a 5 year old child, you adolescent Nanny Carrie. And third, you are breaking and entering in the place where I work.

Jamie:
I think she’s like Quentin was when Mama met him. She’s nice, she’s just afraid to show it

Sam:
I know there’s nothing I can say other than, ‘I’m sorry.’ I do these stupid things sometimes. I really am sorry though. You were nice to me, but I’m just not worth it.

Brooke:
And where do you think you’re going...You’re grounded

Sam:
You’re not kicking me out?

Brooke:
No and I hope that someday, you stop acting surprised when you hear that

Luke:
Looks like you two have already met

Julian:
Yes we have. And you know what Lucas, it feels like I’ve known her for years

Dan:
Cemetery called. Apparently someone gave my tombstone a makeover. Any idea who'd do something like that?

Lucas:
What happened in the hallway?

Dan:
I assume you mean-

Lucas:
Keith. Yeah. I've been asked to adapt my novel for a movie. They want me to write what happened. I can't do it. I can't see it, and I can't understand it.

Dan:
Keith was holding Jimmy Edwards in the hallway. He turned and I shot him dead before he could say a word. Keith was a hero. You want to write the truth, you write it that way.

Lucas:
Why'd you do it?

Dan:
Every good story needs a villain, Lucas. I'm sorry but I'm yours.

Brooke:
You must be Julian.

Julian:
Brooke Davis, I've read all about you.

Brooke:
Good. Then you know being the third person in a Lucas/Peyton love triangle usually doesn't end well.

Julian:
For who?

Brooke:
I think it's pretty clear in the book if you're not Lucas or Peyton you should just forget it. And just so you know, they are two of my best friends. So if you mess with them, I will mess with you.

Julian:
That sounds like fun.

Dan:
Not even I would shoot a man in the back, Lucas. Actually that's not true, I've shot several men in the back. Most of them deserved it but I wouldn't recommend you do it.

Lucas:
You're free now, Peyton.

Xavier Daniels:
(opening voice-over) A little old man and I fell out. I'll tell you what it was all about. He had money and I had none. And that's the way the noise begun

Julian:
Better go suit up. "Breakfast club." You were the priss.

Brooke:
Let me guess. You were the stoner?

Julian:
Well, if you say so. They end up together.

Brooke:
Can I help you?

Julian:
You should design the wardrobe for the movie.

Brooke:
I'm not a costume designer.

Julian:
Oh. I can see that.

Brooke:
I'm starting a new line.

Julian:
Well, okay, let me try this again. You should design the wardrobe for the movie. You were there, it's authentic, it's press-worthy, and I would be lucky to have you before the debut of your new line, which I'm sure is going to be fabulous. Sorry.

(answer the phone)

Julian:
Hello? Yes, this is me. It is too me. Oh, listen, I'm with Brooke right now. No, I'm not gonna blow it. No, I am not. No, I'm not. Sorry. Sam says hi.

Brooke:
Sam? My sam? And why does my Sam have your phone number?

Julian:
She has an interest in the film industry.

Brooke:
She is fifteen, you pervert.

Julian:
Okay, just wrap your head around it, okay? You and the movie, I mean. Not me and Sam. She's only fifteen, you know. You pervert.

Nathan:
(voiceover during basketball tryouts) Numbers are funny. They can measure you, time you, and analyze you all they want, but they all know what really matters is how you play the game. He thinks I've lost a step because of my accident, so he's gonna play me tight. I haven't. Now he'll back off because he doesn't want to get beat off the dribble. Just a half step; that's a mistake. You ever hear the expression you can't measure heart? Well, the truth is they can't measure any of it: heart, want, need. They think I can't play point guard, but Q knew I could. You can't measure a dream.

Brooke:
I thought about it. And I'm not interested.

Julian:
You couldn't have told me that over the phone?

Brooke:
Well, that, yeah, but the rest of this I wanted to say to your face. I don't trust you... Not with Peyton, and definitely not with Sam. And that is not gonna get you anywhere... the grin. I'm sure it's gotten you in a lot of doors and in a lot of beds, but it's not gonna do you any good with me.

Julian:
Listen, Brooke, when I make a movie, I set the bar as high as I possibly can. I put together my wish-list cast, my wish-list crew, my wish-list designer, and sometimes, you know, the timing works out, the material works out, and you get lucky. Sometimes you don't. Good luck with everything.

Jamie Scott and Xavier Daniels:

Hi. I'm sorry. I know that we were supposed to look at costumes today. I've just been totally turned around dealing with... fashion femme fatale thwarts killer! The press. Can't they just go back to stalking Britney or something?

Julian:
Oh, come on. "Hot clothing designer tracks down attacker and exacts revenge." If you're not gonna sell me the movie rights, you should at least ame the tabloid.

Brooke:
So that every time I look at it, I can be reminded of the fact that my attacker was also Quentin's killer and that maybe if I had reported it.

Julian:
Brooke, you were attacked by a guy in a mask. Even if you had reported it, the chances of the police finding him were slim to none. It's not your fault.

Brooke:
I know. It's just sad.

Julian:
Yeah. Listen, take the day, focus on your work. I'll come back tonight and see where you're at, okay? I got you a latte, extra foam. See you

Brooke:

[Julian arrive talking to the phone]

Julian:
Okay, right. Yeah, well, let's just make sure we're paying the minimums, 'cause the last thing we need is the union on our ass. Uh, were you just on your way out? We were meeting tonight, right?

Yeah.I-I had a charity thing. Earlier. I'm read to roll up my sleeves and get to work. Just let me take some of this.

Julian:

Brooke:

Julian:

So, we have home- and away-game ravens jerseys, and for the popular kids, if you want to keep it realistic, cheerleading uniforms, lettermen jackets, and a lot of jeans.

Julian:
Well, clearly, you have this under control.

Brooke:
Well, Brooke Davis will be particularly easy to dress.

Julian:
Why, because she spent most of high school naked?

Brooke:
No, jerk. Because I still have all of her clothes. And I don't care what it says in your little script. You don't know me well enough to judge me.

Julian:
Well, actually, I feel like I do know you.

Brooke:

Julian:
No. Because of the book. You know, truth be told, I read it because of Peyton, but I related to it because of you.

Let me tell you why you're not gonna direct this movie. Because you can't identify with this world. I want a director who can recreate the feeling I get every time I step out onto the river court at night. I want someone who can explain to the audience why one song can instantly change Peyton's mood. Someone who can recognize that there are two completely different sides to Brooke Davis, both of which are amazing. I want a director who can make the little things the big things. And you are just not the guy to do that.

Peyton:
I always dreamed I'd be wearing Keith's ring, and I know how much it means to you...so that's the ring I want to wear for the rest of my life.

Lucas:
Are you sure?

(On TV) Last night in the NBA the Charlotte Bobcats quietly made a move that most sports fans wouldn’t have noticed, adding a point guard to their roster for the rest of the season. But we’re leading with that story because this point guard is a local legend who overcame adversity and difficult circumstances in pursuit of a dream. It feels just like I dreamed it would.

When I was young, there was a boy that loved me. And I loved him back. But he wasn’t from my circle of friends and he was different from what my parents expected, so I let him go. And not a day has gone by that I don’t regret it.

Because I’m a terrible mother. I have a daughter that is strong and bright. Kind-hearted and so beautiful, and I’ve nearly broken her with my inability to open my heart. But I haven’t broken her. She’s just as strong and beautiful and kind-hearted as ever. She simply misnamed her company. Because if this boy Julian loves you, and you love him, that’s all that matters. Victoria:
