Do you know greatness is not an inborn talent? Yes, It is not an inborn talent, people are not born with all those virtues which made them great. It only comes from inner desire, grit, and determination to accomplish extraordinary things, which makes them great. It commences from setting a goal, chalking out plans for its fulfillment, and giving your best to attain and last but not the least, is your belief and your optimistic nature. You can’t achieve success overnight. So, never be afraid of taking risks and embracing failure. You have to pour loads of effort and incessant hard work to reach a stage you would have always dreamt of. Our history is profused with a plethora of instances of great men and women who inspire us to touch the sky. Abraham Lincoln, Albert Einstein, Steve Jobs, Bill Gates, Oprah Winfrey, Thomas Edison, and many others have proved that you can do anything you put your mind to and become great.

Life is so miserable, even though we always try to live well, live in peace, live happily, but suddenly all goes in vain, as any uneven situation if arises, brings us in an unusual state. Mostly, we try to resist, we ignore & we fight to get out of it, and we put our best efforts towards it, but fear still remains the same, even though if everything comes out well. This fear which always keeps on revolving in mind, the fear of what will happen, if this will happen, and a fear of if this will not happen, then what will happen creates a lot of nuisance within. Such thoughts create an extravaganza of different instances, which has not yet happened, neither experienced, but since the negative forces have such impacts that to create a shield against it becomes a challenge. So it is important to understand, that to create a meaningful life is not easy, neither possible without fear, and to live in fear without thinking about the situations is also not possible. The best possibility is to live consciously and plan effectively, so that in any such situations, instead of screaming with fear, we should stand still and face it.

Many a time when faced with an important question or a task, we take time to respond. We may feel that we need to understand all the implications well and address the matter at hand thoroughly. We may want to organize our thoughts before we deal with a critical query. So we delay responding until we can provide a precise reply. But we often fail to comprehend what the delay will signify to the mind of the person who posed the question or presented the task to us. They are more likely to feel that we are not giving enough value to their query. So we are taking our own sweet time to get back to them at our leisure. Thus, misunderstandings crop in. Collective human psychology is to deal with matters that are vital to us with urgency. More often than not, we postpone only those tasks that do not matter to us. Thus, if you delay responding, the delay might be construed as a lack of priority. If it matters to you, respond immediately. Even if only to explain that you will need time to come up with a precise answer. Avoid unnecessary misconstructions and be prompt with your responses.

Many a times in life you may encounter some situations and problems that may lead to make you feel depressed, isolated, frightened or anxious. These are merely some emotions that takes control over your mind and starts feeding you with negative thoughts where you may end up finding yourself completely manipulated by these feelings, which would eventually affect your life. But it's only you who can make yourself happy and sometimes you don't even know what you are capable of, unless you fight and face that particular situation on your own. Thus, embrace your journey, understand your emotions and build a courage to face it. One thing that you need to realize is that it's never an easy journey, and everything that you do may not lead to make you feel happy, pleasant or satisfied. The wisest investment you can do for yourself is to purge yourself away from all those feelings and thoughts which is pulling you back from your goal.

Nothing in life is easy, you may be facing several problems & you may be suffering from pain, which you think no one can understand. You might have little resources but you cannot achieve anything unless you strive for it & try for it. You need to be committed to your goals; you need to be passionate for getting success in the field of your interest. Every day is a new day, bringing you new opportunities. And if you are responsible and aware of your needs, and are willing to perform and take all the necessary steps that are required for you to achieve your goal, then trust me nothing can stop you. You need to be like that lion who is hungry and is waiting for his prey and whose roar is loud enough for his enemies to know that he won’t compromise for anything unless he gets it. It's just one life and you need to make the most out of it. Don’t compromise on it for temporary reasons and worries. You need to realize that you might face several challenges, might go through circumstances which are difficult to deal with, which might break you, make you fall hard on the ground but each time when you stand again you would be stronger than before. Admit your mistakes and be willing to improvise and rectify the things that went wrong earlier to get better results next time. Be planned enough, be responsible for each action that you take, be committed so that nothing can break you. Be passionate so that nothing can stop you & keep on performing irrespective of all your failures.

Our life is full of challenges, which we face in various situations; these challenges are often because of our current situation where we are and where we want to be. And with these aspirations, we expect more, but do not explore much, neither experience the efforts involved in the journey. Thus we easily get dissatisfied and often stay in anxiety and stress. Though one should remember this ' 3 E's ' to achieve the ultimate satisfaction. 1) Expectation - less expectation will help you to stay happier, without worrying much about the profits and gains. 2) Experience - gaining experience helps one to obtain the appropriate knowledge that would help you to achieve your goals. 3) Exploration - when you explore more, you learn the most important lessons of life that you might never be able to learn by staying in your comfort zone.

What is wealth without peace of mind? Often we chase after riches, thinking that amassing a pile of money will bring us satisfaction. However, when that sum is acquired, we tend to feel that no, this is not enough. We need to earn some more. And then, even more. Then one day, we leave this earth, not taking with us the fortune that we amassed, but with a sense of dissatisfaction of a life not lived right, of goals left unachieved. The goal of life should be to earn satisfaction first. Wealth is necessary, of course, but even more, importance is wealth earned with satisfaction. Wealth may come and go, but happiness derived from our actions and deeds lasts for a lifetime. So try to look at what you already achieved, focus on the positives in your life. Build up relationships. Take time for yourself, to look around, breathe, and appreciate what you have. Connect with your true self to realize what makes you happy, and walk down that path without the fear of judgment. Live YOUR best life. Value yourself and value your blessings. You will be the wealthiest man on earth.
