Darth Vader:
He is dead.

Emperor Palpatine:
Then he is now more powerful than ever. He was meant to root out the rebels, not give them hope. His sacrifice will only inspire them.

Proxy:
[after delivering a message from Vader] I hate being him.

Darth Vader's Secret Apprentice:
I think he does too.

General Rahm Kota:
If only Master Windu were here.

Darth Vader:
Your fate is now our own. Sever all ties with the past. Let no one know that you still serve me. Now go and remember, the Dark Side is always with you.

General Rahm Kota:
Nobody fights the Empire and wins, boy.

Darth Vader's Secret Apprentice:
Your spies have located a Jedi?

Shaak Ti:
Vader's assassin. Welcome to the Ancient Abyss. A place of sacrifice, since time immemorial. Are you prepared to meet your fate?

Darth Vader:
You were weak when I found you. I did not expect you to survive your training. But now, your hatred has become your strength. At last, the dark side is your ally.

Darth Vader:
You have done well, my apprentice.

General Rahm Kota:
This is crazy. A blind man and a fool, against the Empire.

Imperial Officer:
Alert! Ship navigation systems have malfunctioned! Repeat, ship navigation systems have malfunctioned!

Darth Vader's Secret Apprentice:
Proxy, what did you just do?

Proxy:
I've set the Empirical on a collision with a nearby star.

Darth Vader's Secret Apprentice:
You what?

Proxy:
It seemed like the quickest way to wipe out all witnesses. Lord Vader did clearly specify that no one must know of your existence.

Darth Vader's Secret Apprentice:
I knew you were still trying to kill me.

Proxy:
No, no. Not yet, anyway.

General Rahm Kota:
[to Starkiller] Vader thinks he's turned you. But I can sense your future. And Vader won't always be your master. I sense only... Me?

Emperor Palpatine:
You are all traitors to the Empire. You will be interrogated. Tortured. You *will* give me the names of your friends and allies. And then you will die.

Bail Organa:
Our deaths will only rally others.

Emperor Palpatine:
Your very public and painful executions will serve as an example to the rest of the galaxy.

[alarm goes off]

General Rahm Kota:
There may be a rebellion yet.

[a display screen shows a holographic image of Starkiller approaching the observation dome]

Emperor Palpatine:
Lord Vader, deal with the boy.

Captain Ozzik Sturn:
[as he prepares to fight Starkiller in a Scout Walker] Are you ready Jedi? I'm tired of hunting these filthy Wookies.

Bail Organa:
Are we ready to finish what he started? Then at last, the Rebel Alliance is born. Here, tonight.

Princess Leia Organa:
We need a flag to rally behind. A symbol. A symbol of hope.

[Leia wipes snow off the table, revealing the Kento and Starkiller's family crest, which later becomes the symbol of the Rebel Alliance. Meanwhile, Juno gazes out at the night sky. Kota approaches her]

General Rahm Kota:
He's at last one with the Force.

Juno Eclipse:
You always knew who he was, didn't you?

General Rahm Kota:
I suspected, yes.

Juno Eclipse:
Then why did you help him? After all the things he had done?

General Rahm Kota:
When he came to me in the bar, among all his dark thoughts, I glimpsed one bright spot. One beautiful thing he held onto, even at the end.

Juno Eclipse:
What?

General Rahm Kota:
You.

General Rahm Kota:
What's going on out there, boy?

Darth Vader's Secret Apprentice:
One of the Star Destroyers is headed right for me. I've got to get out of here.

General Rahm Kota:
You'll never get clear in time! You need to pull it into the cannon.

Darth Vader's Secret Apprentice:
What? You're insane! It's massive!

General Rahm Kota:
You're a Jedi, boy! Size means nothing to you. Reach out with the Force and grab that ship, or you will die on this trash heap!

Darth Vader's Secret Apprentice:
Shut down, Proxy. There is no one inside you that I haven't already defeated.

Proxy:
Give me some credit, master. I have one module you've never seen. An enemy I've stored for years.

[Proxy changes his form to mimic that of Darth Maul]

Darth Vader's Secret Apprentice:
Who was she?

General Rahm Kota:
Princess Leia Organa. Her father is Bail Organa. My contact in the Senate.

Darth Vader's Secret Apprentice:
I want to talk to him.

General Rahm Kota:
You can't.

Darth Vader's Secret Apprentice:
I just rescued his daughter on a planet overrun by Stormtroopers!

General Rahm Kota:
You can't talk to him because I can't find him! He's gone missing, boy!

Darth Vader's Secret Apprentice:
What? When?

General Rahm Kota:
Bail tried to recruit me to rescue Leia. I refused, and he went in search of another Jedi... Master Shaak Ti. I warned him it would be too dangerous but the fool went after her anyway, alone. And vanished as soon as he landed on...

Darth Vader's Secret Apprentice:
Felucia.

General Rahm Kota:
The Force *is* strong in you, my boy, to be able to sense my thoughts.

Darth Vader's Secret Apprentice:
You're just easy to read, old man.

General Rahm Kota:
Then you should already know our next mission: We're going to Felucia, to rescue Senator Organa.

Darth Vader's Secret Apprentice:
Proxy, give me the target.

Proxy:
[assumes form as General Rahm Kota] According to Imperial records, Master Rahm Kota was a respected general in the Clone Wars.

Juno Eclipse:
You're hunting Jedi.

Darth Vader's Secret Apprentice:
I bring Darth Vader's enemies to justice. And now, so do you.

Proxy:
Master Kota was a military genius, but felt the clone soldiers were unfit for battle. Instead, he relied on his own militia.

Juno Eclipse:
So there were no clones in his squad when Order 66 was issued.

Proxy:
And after Order 66, he vanished. Official Imperial records actually claim he's dead.

Juno Eclipse:
Why come out of hiding and attack the Empire now?

Darth Vader's Secret Apprentice:
He wants to be found.

Juno Eclipse:
Then we are walking into a trap. How many pilots have you lost before me?

Darth Vader's Secret Apprentice:
Seven.

Juno Eclipse:
Excellent. The coordinates for Nar Shaddaa are locked. Prepare for lightspeed.

Juno Eclipse:
Am I going to see you again?

Darth Vader's Secret Apprentice:
If I can free the Rebels, they are going to need extraction.

[... ]

Darth Vader's Secret Apprentice:
Probably not. No.

Juno Eclipse:
Then I'll never need to live this down.

[Kisses him deeply]

Darth Vader's Secret Apprentice:
Goodbye Juno.

Darth Vader's Secret Apprentice:
You agreed to stay away!

Darth Vader:
I lied, as I have had from the very beginning. [Picks up Starkiller in a Force choke]

Darth Vader's Secret Apprentice:
You never planned to destroy the Emperor!

Darth Vader:
Not with you, no.

Juno Eclipse:
[as Starkiller settles into a chair, Juno goes to the controls. Suddenly, tools start floating around her] What... what are you doing?

Darth Vader's Secret Apprentice:
Meditating. A Jedi can sometimes sense visions of the future.

Juno Eclipse:
[Watching the tools float around the cabin] Have you ever done this before?

Darth Vader's Secret Apprentice:
[Half-smiles] I've never been a Jedi before... No... No... Kota! [He sits up sharply. All the tools drop]

Juno Eclipse:
What? What did you see?

Darth Vader's Secret Apprentice:
A massive... space station. [Scene cuts to the Rogue Shadow apporaching the Death Star]

Darth Vader:
[as Starkiller stands next to him] The Emperor's fleet has arrived.

Darth Vader's Secret Apprentice:
You have lured the Emperor to us... When do we strike?

Darth Vader:
I did not summon him. [the Emperor enters the room from behind them. As Starkiller turns, Vader activates his lightsaber, stabbing Starkiller] His spies followed you here. [He deactivates his lightsaber. Starkiller falls to the floor in pain. The Emperor approaches them] What is thy bidding, my Master?

Emperor Palpatine:
You have forgotten your place, Lord Vader. By taking this boy as your apprentice, you have betrayed me. Now, kill him, or I will be forced to kill you both.

Darth Vader's Secret Apprentice:
[Gasping in pain, looking up at Vader] M-Master... we can defeat him together!

Emperor Palpatine:
Strike him down and prove your loyalty to me! [Vader pauses, then grabs Starkiller, throwing him against a wall with the Force. The Emperor cackles] Yes, yes! Kill him, Lord Vader!

Maris Brood:
But, Master, this is what I've been waiting for. Let me fight!

Maris Brood:
Oh we're not crazy, we've just embraced the power of the dark side.

Darth Vader's Secret Apprentice:
Don't make me hurt you.

Maris Brood:
You won't.

Maris Brood:
Eat up, Senator.

Bail Organa:
Why are you keeping me here, Maris? Your master would be disgusted with you.

Maris Brood:
You're something to trade if Darth Vader finds me. Now shut up and eat. And if you're thinking of escaping, just remember that my new pet is very hungry.

Maris Brood:
All right, you've won. The senator is yours. There's no need to kill me.

Darth Vader's Secret Apprentice:
You are a slave to the dark side. I'd be doing the galaxy a favor.

Maris Brood:
It's not my fault. Shaak Ti abandoned me here. This planet is evil. Corrupted me. But you? You can save me. Just let me get away from here. Just let me go, and I'll turn my back on the dark side.

Maris Brood:
Darth Vader has found us.

Darth Vader's Secret Apprentice:
[as he prepares to enter the Death Star] Keep the ship cloaked and wait beyond scanner range.

Juno Eclipse:
I have a very bad feeling about this.

Darth Vader's Secret Apprentice:
Then maybe we're doing something right.

Bail Organa:
[Organa and Starkiller are meeting with other senators] We have all agreed that the time for diplomacy and politics has ended. The time has come for action. [to Starkiller] If you are willing to lead us, then we will join your alliance.

General Rahm Kota:
[Comes walking in] As will I.

Darth Vader's Secret Apprentice:
[Whispers] I thought you were passed out in the cargo hold.

General Rahm Kota:
I finally came to.

Bail Organa:
So, it is settled. My wealth will fund the rebellion while Garm provides our fleet and Mon Mothma our soldiers. And with you leading us, we will have the power of the Force on our side. Therefore, let this be an official declaration of rebellion! Today, we all vow to change the galaxy! And one day, the galaxy will indeed be free.

Darth Vader:
[as Starkiller and Vader prepare to duel] I have trained you well, but you still have much to learn.

Darth Vader's Secret Apprentice:
You have nothing left to teach me.
