Noreen:
Whew, sure is hot out tonight.

Hank:
Hot.

Lonnie:
Hotter than nine naked women in a Volkswagen.

Jimmy:
Noreen, I'm gonna fire you.

Noreen:
Haven't you fired me enough this month?

Lonnie:
How's Frank these days?

Noreen:
Oh, he's Frank.

Lonnie:
Got a job yet?

Noreen:
Yeah, he's employee full time by the television.

Smith:
I should come here more often. I didn't know you had entertainment.

Doe:
Sooner or later you're gonna say everything. Everyone always does. Gotta ask yourself a question, though. How much pain can you endure. How much pain can you endure, Mr. Greene.

Hank:
There's nothing special about me.

Doe:
Everybody's is special. Each and every one of us is a beautiful, unique snowflake.

Noreen:
You killed an innocent man.

Doe:
That's the trouble with aggressive interrogation methods.

Doe:
You've got to separate the wheat from the chaff!

Noreen:
What the hell does that mean?

Doe:
I read it in a book somewhere, for people who don't understand the situation that they're in.

Noreen:
And what is my situation?

Doe:
You're a good person. You're, uh, just at the wrong place at the wrong time, basically.

Doe:
"Human resource exploitation". I scored real high on that one.

Smith:
Yeah, a sick mind for a sick job.

Doe:
That's what the government said right before they sh*t-canned me.

Smith:
I kill because it's a job, that's it. You kill because, ya know, you're loony tunes. Look, you're gonna kill me, right? Let's just get on with it. Really, I can't take much more of this talking.

Doe:
You're not afraid to die?

Smith:
No. I'm not. I *am* afraid you're gonna keep on talking, though.

Doe:
Why not cut your loses and take half the money, and then you'll live to spend it?

Smith:
Because I'd be only half happy.

Doe:
But you'd have your health...

Smith:
The truth of the matter is, your troubles are just beginning. You *can* kill me. But my people are like a f***ing hydra. You cut off one head and two more pop back up. You will never stop running. You will never hide, they will find you. And they will slowly, but surely, kill you. - I mean that's what I think. [smirks]

Smith:
How may shots were fire? Seven? Eight? Wow, I don't know, in all the confusion I kinda lost count.

Noreen:
I have a crappy, pathetic life. I am terrified of change. I stay when I should go. I am not very smart. And I will probably never be truly happy. But I know one thing that you don't.

Smith:
Oh really? What's that?

Noreen:
I can count.

Smith:
Huh?

Noreen:
One for the tall man. Two for Hank. One for the kids. One for the ceiling. Seven bullets. That leaves one for you.
