Louis Driscoll:
Hey what is this, does someone want to tell me what's going on here?

Lars Frederickson:
We just need some answers, then you'll be free to go

Louis Driscoll:
I don't know what you want

Lars Frederickson:
Maybe this will ring a bell

Louis Driscoll:
[plays a recording of a past conversation] Hey Ray, Louis here I can't stop thinking about what happened today now how could you not tell me that she had secret powers after all these years, I thought we were buds. I mean she can change into liquid and zap stuff and you kept that from me

Lars Frederickson:
Now who has secret powers? I'm not going to be patient here, you know which kid was hit with the chemical and you're going to tell me

Louis Driscoll:
I'm not going to tell you anything

Lars Frederickson:
Louis, we can do this the easy way or another way

Louis Driscoll:
I don't care what you do to me, I'm not going to tell you anything so forget about it

Lars Frederickson:
Don't be a fool Louis tell me who it is?

Louis Driscoll:
[after being threatened with torture] Ah the kid is Alex Mack

Danielle Atron:
It's so obvious it's almost sickening we didn't figure it out before, Alex Mack.

Lars Frederickson:
Her father had access to a great deal of GC-161 information, do you think he knows anything?

Danielle Atron:
I don't think so, what kind of a parent wouldn't report that happening to his daughter, especially considering all the dangers he knows about the chemical, but her sister that's another thing.

Lars Frederickson:
I'm trying to alert you Miss Atron.

Danielle Atron:
I know Lars you told me, look why don't we just focus on the present and what we can do to make this problem go away.

Lars Frederickson:
Annie Mack is away at school right I don't think we have to worry about her right now.

Danielle Atron:
We are so close we have to worry about everybody.

Lars Frederickson:
We have to find Alex and eliminate her, once she's gone her family won't be able to prove a thing.

Danielle Atron:
Absolutely, but first I want her brought here for testing, that Driscoll kid said she had some sort of powers, lets find out exactly what those powers are

Lars Frederickson:
I'll have her here ASAP.

Danielle Atron:
Good, tell the security people to be ready for anything.

Danielle Atron:
[Lars and Danielle have just viewed an advertisement for GC161] I love it.

Lars Frederickson:
GC161 is fully ready to ship. It'll take hours to hit the shelves.

Danielle Atron:
Excellent.

Lars Frederickson:
Mrs. Atron, once people start taking the chemical it won't belong before they are zapping electricity, floating objects, and liquifying uncontrollably. And then there's this, this is test rabbit number 6. He liquified like all the others only for some reason he couldn't reform again. That might be what happened to that kid we've been looking for. If this happens to the public there could be mass panic, major lawsuits, the entire country would be in an uproar.

Danielle Atron:
By the time that happens I'll be long gone with a billion dollars to my name and I'd advise you to get a move on to Lars, and get that thing out of here.

Danielle Atron:
I didn't hear you knock.

George Mack:
That's because I didn't. Mrs. Atron I don't know how you got approval, but if GC161 ever hits the shelves you are going to be putting the entire public at risk.

Danielle Atron:
We've made great strides with the formula since you've worked on it George, we've pretty much worked out most of the kinks. I wouldn't be so presumptuous.

George Mack:
Mrs. Atron, I'm not idiot.

Danielle Atron:
George, I don't want things to end this way, you've been a valuable member of our team for a long time. But today's developments are sending the plant in a new and different direction. In short George, I'm letting you go, effective immediately.

George Mack:
That would be very acceptable Mrs. Atron, I'll go get my things.

Danielle Atron:
You're things have already been gathered and packed and are waiting out front. Oh and George I'm sure I don't have to remind you that you took an oath of secrecy regarding all of your work here, I trust that you will live up to that oath or I promise you will face the consequences.

Hunter Reeves:
Alex, you have to calm down.

Alex Mack:
I can't calm down, the plant's going to sell GC161 to the public, my Dad got fired, Louis Driscoll knows about me.

Hunter Reeves:
Look Alex when your parents get back, you've gotta tell them.

Alex Mack:
I can't do that.

Hunter Reeves:
But why?

Alex Mack:
Annie and I have this agreement.

Hunter Reeves:
Alex, Annie's not here.

Alex Mack:
I know but I called her and her room mate said she was away for the weekend but she'll come home as soon as she gets my message, she'll come home.

Hunter Reeves:
Alex I don't think it can wait that long.

Hunter Reeves:
You know what Danielle is capable of, you wait any longer, who knows what she'll do

Alex Mack:
You don't understand, Annie knows everything about me, if I'm going to tell my parents she needs to be there when I do

Hunter Reeves:
Alex listen to me, your Dad got fired today, he's a threat to Danielle and you know what she did to my Dad. I know your loyalty to your sister but she can't help you now, your parents can [Cars pull up in the driveway] . Those your parents?

Alex Mack:
No, security guys from the plant.

George Mack:
Do you know what's going on here Alex, what does Danielle want with you?

Alex Mack:
I guess I'd better tell you guys something. You know that truck driver, Dave, and he told that a couple years ago there was a GC-161 accident and some kid got doused with the chemical.

George Mack:
Yeah.

Alex Mack:
Well that's true but he didn't tell you that, that kid was me.

George Mack:
What do you mean it was you?

Alex Mack:
It happened on my first day of 7th grade, Annie made sure I was OK healthwise, I just have these side effects.

Barbara Mack:
What kind of side effects?

Alex Mack:
Like this. [uses zappers]

Alex Mack:
And this. [morphs]

George Mack:
Well why didn't you tell us?

Alex Mack:
Because we thought if you found out, that you'd lose your job and you'd tell Danielle and they'd come after me and cut me up, I don't know we just thought it was best.

Barbara Mack:
You thought it was best to not tell us? You thought it was better to take care of this all by yourself, what were you girls thinking about?

Alex Mack:
I'm really fine Mom, I just have these powers.

Barbara Mack:
We must be the most oblivious parents on the face of the Earth.

Alex Mack:
No, it was nothing you did, I was just really careful with them you know.

George Mack:
Didn't we bring you up with the understanding that you could tell us anything, anytime? I just don't understand, Alex we could have helped you, we could have been there for you. And I could have stopped Danielle a long time ago.

Alex Mack:
I'm sorry Dad, but it really wasn't that bad. You probably can't understand this but it was actually kind of fun.

George Mack:
Maybe it was Alex, but look at where we are now.

Danielle Atron:
Well you've had quite a childhood thanks to me now haven't you. Let's see what you can do.

[Danielle sees Alex's powers]

Danielle Atron:
You are magnificent, you really are. But I've gotta tell you, your timing is so bad, one more day and I wouldn't have given you another thought.

Alex Mack:
I want you to know I hate you.

Danielle Atron:
Aww, no you don't. You just think you do.

Alex Mack:
Why are you such a selfish and greedy, horrible person? Don't you care about anybody but yourself?

Danielle Atron:
Don't you read the newspapers young lady? America is thrilled to have GC-161 entering their lives, and is America selfish? No, and besides even if I did tell them that the product had a couple of side effects, they wouldn't care.

Alex Mack:
There's a lot of people who know about me, my friends, my sister, and if anything happens to me they're gonna know it's you.

Danielle Atron:
Yeah but you didn't tell anybody about the accident now did you, because if you had, I'm sure I would have been stopped a long time ago, but you didn't. I guess you and your sister had your own selfish reasons for keeping it to yourself.

Alex Mack:
I wish I had told them.

Lars Frederickson:
Things are moving along very swiftly, we should have all the GC-161 out the door within the hour.

Danielle Atron:
Come here Lars, I want to show you something I'm sure you've never seen before. In about 5 minutes I'll have a billion dollars to my name, and I'm getting out of the country as soon as I can. Set the explosives I don't want a shred of evidence left behind.

Lars Frederickson:
What about the Macks?

Danielle Atron:
They're evidence.

Alex Mack:
You knew didn't you. You knew this whole time that it was me but you didn't say anything because you knew I didn't want you to.

Dave Watt:
Yeah.

Alex Mack:
Thanks.

Dave Watt:
You're welcome. [Alex gives Dave a hug]

Gino:
[Elias is hooked up to a lie detector test] State your name.

Elias Griffin:
Elias Griffin.

Gino:
Were you recently involved in the approval of a chemical known as GC-161?

Elias Griffin:
Yes.

Gino:
Did you accept money from Danielle Atron in exchange for your support of this product?

Elias Griffin:
No.

[needles shake]

Gino:
Are you aware of any false results Miss Atron may have presented to the committee?

Elias Griffin:
No.

[needles shake more]

Gino:
Were you and Miss Atron involved in a scheme to drug Sydney Johns in an attempt to embarrass him and have other members vote against him?

Elias Griffin:
Absolutely not.

[needles shake]

Gino:
You know you're not doing too well on the test.

Agent:
Inspector, there's a guy here by the name of David Watt. He says he knows you think he's a nutjob but he's got some pictures you've got to see right away.

Gino:
Good, send him in.

Alex Mack:
So are you still going to hang out with me even without the powers?

Ray Alvarado:
Yeah I think you're stuck with me.

[Dave drives his chemical plant vehicle around several obstacles and tracks while Annie, Ray, Danielle Atron and a driver's Ed. teacher watch]

Ray Alvarado:
Well, I've done my part.

Annie Mack:
Do you think he'll pass?

Ray Alvarado:
Gosh, I dunno... why'd you decide to help him out?

Annie Mack:
I guess I realized Dave is a person too... just like you and me.

[Annie suddenly breaks into laughter. Ray turns around to see what's so funny, and he sees that Dave has passed his test. In joy, Dave picks up Danielle Atron, lifting her up off the ground and hugging her, and she pushes him away, creeped out. She and the driver's Ed. teacher walk away]

Dave Watt:
Hey Ray, bon voyage!

[Dave salutes Ray and Ray salutes him back. Dave walks off proudly and Annie and Ray smile]

Ray Alvarado:
You don't know any Italian?

Alex Mack:
Sure I do! Fettucini, linguini, fucilli, rigatoni...
