Achmed the Dead Terrorist:
Okay.

Jeff Dunham:
Just look over there.

Achmed the Dead Terrorist:
Hey, wait a minute. When I'm not looking, are you going to kill me?

Jeff Dunham:
No.

That's actually a good way of doing it, you know. Kind of old school, but effective.
