What makes you think that?

Joshua McCord:
I don't know, he is just so cocky and think he knows everything.

George Williams:
...And you don't think you were that way when you first started.

Joshua McCord:
Maybe a little.

George Williams:
Maybe a lot, but you learned. There is two things to keep in mind. When I told you to find a replacement, I didn't mean find just one, you had to create one. You don't look for the negative side in a man, you look for his positive side, and second, just because he doesn't do things the way you would have them done, that doesn't necessarily mean he's wrong.
