Rocky, is the decision final?

Rocky:

Male Reporter #1:
Is this the first time the champion has given up his crown?

Rocky:

Male Reporter #2:

[Koloff grins]

Rocky:

Female Reporter:

Paulie:

Male Reporter #2:
