[Dr. Brule sees Jan Skylar and their new mansion]

Jan Skylar:
Hello. Come in. [quietly] Do we have to do this now?

Dr. Steve Brule:
Whoa! How long you been in this big old barn?

Jan Skylar:
Well, we've been here 12 weeks now, and it's sort of our dream house. It's so sort of touching and ironic that this is Wayne's final resting place.

Dr. Steve Brule:
What do you mean, uh, his final resting place.

Jan Skylar:
Wayne Skylar is suffering from bone cancer and lung cancer and testicular caner and...well, he's just riddled with it -- Tumorous cancers going through his liver and his intestines.

Dr. Steve Brule:
Wow, that's a lot of cancers.

Jan Skylar:
His, um, bones are disintegrating inside of his body. He is days away from saying goodbye -- Um, passing on.

Dr. Steve Brule:
Well, if you need any help -- Someone to take care of you -- 'Cause you'll be a single gal then.

Jan Skylar:
I suppose I will. [chuckles]

[Dr. Brule smooches Jan Skylar]

Jan Skylar:
[chuckling] Don't do that, Steve.
