Vikki:
She picked so many holes in me I feel like an old cardigan.

Sandy:
Oh dear. Sorry, Vikki.

Vikki:
She's nice, you said.

Sandy:
Well, she usually is.

Vikki:
Well, thanks for trying, but on the whole I think I'd sooner work for... Genghis Khan.

Sandy:
She is a bit out of sorts.

Vikki:
[laughs] That's a bit!

Sandy:
Look, I'll have a quiet word later.

Vikki:
No thank you. Suddenly being unemployed has its compensations.

Sandy:
Oh. Look, it's lunch in an hour. Meet me over the road, eh?

Vikki:
Okay. If you don't turn up, I'll look for you in the Job Centre.
