Grocer:
I'm not talking about the condition of the engine; I'm talking about the way you drive it.

Mrs. Bale:
*I* have never driven straight over the island of a roundabout.

Grocer:

Mrs. Bale:
Oh, so she was driving your Skoda that evening.

Grocer:
She was on the radio. I got distracted.
