[Dr. Vogel notices Dexter loading up his vehicle to leave the crime scene and walks over]

Dr. Evelyn Vogel:
What is it?

Dexter Morgan:
It's Deb. She was brought in for a DUI. I need to check on her.

Dr. Evelyn Vogel:
Is alcohol an issue for her?

Dexter Morgan:
I'm an issue for her. She's acting this way because of me.

Dr. Evelyn Vogel:
But you can't keep taking on your sister's problems, especially right now.

Dexter Morgan:
[impatient] It's my fault, okay? Deb found out... what I am. She knows everything.

Dr. Evelyn Vogel:
Everything?

[Dexter nods]

Dr. Evelyn Vogel:
How?

Dexter Morgan:
It's a long story. Just suffice to say, she's not handling it well.

Dr. Evelyn Vogel:
[studying Dexter] You do really feel badly, don't you?

Dexter Morgan:
Are you analyzing me now?

Dr. Evelyn Vogel:
Well, it's just so unusual.

Dexter Morgan:
It's really not a good time.

[Dexter gets in his car and drives off]
