Nah, I don't think I'm gonna make it. If my buddy's still being hassled, then I wanna be there for him.

Billy Ross:
Your buddy? You mean Farkle?

Lucas Friar:
Yeah. Nobody's seen him.

Billy Ross:
You're better off.

Lucas Friar:
Excuse me?

Billy Ross:
Come on, Lucas, I know you don't really see Farkle as your 'buddy'.

Lucas Friar:
Why not?

Billy Ross:
You don't think he's different from us?

Lucas Friar:
What do you mean? Smarter? Yeah, he's the smartest kid in school, but he doesn't make a big deal out of it. I mean, he does want to take over the world and everything, but frankly, I'd like to see what he does with it.
