Did he tell you how he got reinstated with the GCPD?

Dr. Leslie Thompkins:
He killed a man for Penguin.

Barbara Kean:

We don't have secrets between us. He's done a lot of things that he's not proud of. Everyone has.

Barbara Kean:
But you love him anyway... Is that right? Despite all his faults.

Dr. Leslie Thompkins:
