Well, If that's the way you feel, you can move out too, Dr. Matheson. This is my establishment and I will not be a party to the degradation of the moral fibre of summer bay!

Stacey Macklin:

No, they haven't. What they do have is a verbal, informal arrangement.

Stacey Macklin:
Or better still; We'll stop paying rent, We'll become squatters. It'll take you at least six months to get us out!

Celia Stewart:
You can't bluff me, Stacey Macklin. I would like to see you live without gas, water and electricity for six *days* let alone six months! I shall *not* be intimidated. Somebody in this community has to uphold the moral fibre in Summer Bay. I want you *all* out by next week, and that's final.
