[Penn arrives at Angelo's to cause trouble and sees Alf give Will the keys to the bait shop] Well, isn't this cosy?

[Everyone turns to look]

Penn Graham:
Alf Stewart, The saint of Summer Bay! Helping the poor and fallen, yet again.

Alf Stewart:
Why don't you just turn around and go back out that door?

Penn Graham:
Haven't We heard this before, Alfie? What makes you think I'll listen any more than I did those other times?

[Angelo blocks his way as he advances towards Alf]

Penn Graham:
Thought so.

[to the others]

Penn Graham:
You're all weak. Pathetic and Weak.

[Holds his head]

Sid Walker:
I think you might have concussion, Penn. Why don't you let me take a look at you.

Penn Graham:
You think I'm gonna let *you* anywhere near me? For all I know, you're with him

[points to Angelo]

Sid Walker:
You know who earned the money for this place...

Angelo Rosetta:
Yeah, they all know. I've got nothing to hide.

Penn Graham:
Look at this... joint. I can kiss the money goodbye. Like I said, Alf Stewart and his *loser* mates.

Alf Stewart:
If It's a fight you want, Pal, You've just got yourself one!

[loses temper]

Alf Stewart:
I'll flamin' *Kill* ya, You moron!

[Will and Sid try to restrain Alf]

Alf Stewart:

Penn Graham:
[mockingly] Mr Stewart, please no!

Angelo Rosetta:
That's ENOUGH! This is still my place. Now get out of here before I call the cops!

Penn Graham:

[turns and walks away]
