Saddam Hussein:
What am I to do about the Kurds? Neither Arab nor Iraqi. Loyal only to themselves. And what about America? Should I say 'Thank you, Mister Bush, thank you for your credits, for the rice and grain, for your letters of friendship?' Or do I scream at them for collaborating with Kuwait, for squeezing the life out of my country? And what of my own people? We have spent our dollars on education and leave us open to attack.
